Mono offers two subscription plans that provide access to the world's best AI models through a single interface: Mono Pro and Mono Business.

Usage Limits

Mono is built for usage without interruption. To ensure Mono can be offered in the future, limits are introduced that only apply to intense usage. After a certain number of requests to advanced models, Mono automatically falls back to a standard model.

Billing and Invoices

You can manage your subscription, view invoices, and cancel your plan by:

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription any time, no questions asked. Go to the account page → Manage Account → Cancel subscription. You will be able to use your account for the remaining billing period.

Refunds

If you believe Mono incorrectly charged your credit card or would like to request a refund, contact hi@meetmono.com.

Data Privacy
