Mono offers two subscription plans that provide access to the world's best AI models through a single interface: Mono Pro and Mono Business.

Usage Limits

Mono is built for usage without interruption. To ensure Mono can be offered in the future, limits are introduced that only apply to intense usage. After a certain number of requests to advanced models, Mono automatically falls back to a standard model.

File Uploads

Pro users can upload files up to 50,000 words and 100 MB per file. Business users benefit from a significantly higher limit of 250,000 words per file, still within the 100 MB cap. Both plans support documents and images for in-depth analysis within your chats.

Rooms

Rooms are dedicated spaces where you can organize chats, files, and memory around a specific project or topic. Every room has its own memory, separate from your main chat history, and files uploaded to a room are available across all chats within it. Pro users can create and use rooms on their own. To invite team members and collaborate together, a Business plan is required.

Skills

Skills are specialized tools that you can create to handle specific tasks or workflows. You can define custom instructions and upload knowledge files to tailor the AI's behavior to your needs. This feature is available to both Pro and Business users.

Multi-Model Research

Mono conducts deep research by utilizing multiple AI models to verify information and synthesize findings. This process ensures higher accuracy and more comprehensive answers for complex queries. This capability is included in both the Pro and Business subscriptions.

Anonymization

Mono Business includes an anonymization feature to protect sensitive information. The system automatically detects predefined keywords, email addresses, or IBANs before data is sent to AI providers. This ensures your corporate data remains private. This feature is exclusive to the Business plan and is not available on Pro.

Billing and Invoices

You can manage your subscription, view invoices, and cancel your plan by:

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription any time, no questions asked. Go to the account page → Manage Account → Cancel subscription. You will be able to use your account for the remaining billing period.

Refunds

If you believe Mono incorrectly charged your credit card or would like to request a refund, contact hi@mono.chat.

Data Privacy

Mono does not use your conversations to train models. Your data stays private. For more information, see Information about Training, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
