Solid Technologies AG uses cookies and similar technologies on Mono (the “Service”). This Cookie Policy explains how Mono uses browser storage and internal activity records.

1. Cookies and Local Storage

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Local storage is another way to remember information on your device, including between visits.

2. How Mono Uses Browser Storage

  1. Service Operation: To support authentication, remember settings such as language and currency, and operate the Service.

  2. Security and Fraud Prevention: To help identify account misuse and repeated account creation. This includes identifiers such as publicId and usedPublicIdList.

  3. Internal Usage Measurement and Attribution: Mono uses visitor identifiers and activity records to measure page views, feature use, conversions, and referrals. Campaign and referral information may be stored in utmAttribution and associated with an account.

  4. Acceptance Record: The local-storage entry mono_cookie_consent_v1 stores your acceptance, the banner version, and a timestamp. It remains until browser storage is cleared or the banner version changes.

  5. Support Chat: Opening the support chat loads Crisp IM SAS (France). Crisp uses cookies and similar browser storage, with names beginning with crisp-client, to identify and restore your support-chat session. According to Crisp, the default chat-session cookie lifetime is six months and is renewed when the chatbox loads again for a returning visitor. This cookie lifetime is not the retention period for support messages. Blocking these cookies may prevent the chat from working or restoring an existing conversation; deleting them does not delete conversations stored by Crisp. See Crisp’s cookie policy.

3. Internal Activity Records and Service Providers

Internal activity records may include a visitor or account identifier, timestamps, page URLs, browser information, and information about actions taken in the Service. They support fraud prevention, service operation, and internal usage and referral reports. These records are processed through Mono's infrastructure providers. Authentication, security, and payment providers may also process data when their services are used. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

4. The Cookie Notice and Browser Controls

Selecting Understood accepts the described use of cookies and local storage, saves your acceptance, and closes the banner. Internal activity logging operates independently of this button. The banner has no tracking preference controls.

You can use your browser settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking storage used for authentication or other service functions may prevent those functions from working. Clearing browser storage does not delete activity records already stored on Mono's servers. For privacy requests and applicable rights, see the Privacy Policy.

5. Updates to This Policy

Mono may update this policy to reflect changes in its practices or legal requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision.
