What does this Skill do?
This skill acts as a senior recruiter to analyze job descriptions against multiple CVs simultaneously. It extracts key requirements, calculates an objective match percentage for each candidate, and generates a ranked shortlist with detailed insights into specific strengths and missing qualifications.
How do you use this skill?
As soon as you install the skill (by clicking the button above), you can open a new chat on Mono. Attach the skill by clicking “Skill” below the chat field. Upload the Job Description and all candidate CVs as files (PDF or Word) or paste the texts directly into the chat. The AI will then automatically process all documents and produce the ranked evaluation.
Example Use Case
Imagine you have 20 applicants for a Project Manager role. You upload the job posting and all 20 resumes. The skill provides a table ranking them, showing Candidate A as a 92% match while noting that Candidate B lacks the required PMP certification.
