In this lesson, you will learn how to contact support through Chat with founder.
If you have a question, something is not working, or you want to share feedback, you can reach support directly from Mono.
Contact support
- Open Settings using the gear at the top right. If a chat is currently open, first click New chat in the sidebar.
- Choose Chat with founder at the bottom of the menu. The support chat opens.
- Write your question or feedback and send the message in the support chat. For a problem, briefly describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
You can also find Chat with Founder in the help section at the top of the Account and Workspace pages. If you close the support chat, you can reopen it the same way.
